Mr Raychaudhuri's full title is Mr Ray Raychaudhuri MBBS, LRCP, MRCS, DFFP, FRCOG, he is currently a member of the following professional, national and regional bodies: Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynaecology, British Menopausal Society, British Society of Gynaecological Endoscopy, British Menopausal Society, British Society of Gynaecological Endoscopy, Royal College of Obstetrics & Gynaecology.

I have been a full time NHS Consultant Physician and Geriatrician with special interest in stroke management and Parkinson's disease since 1992, working at different NHS Hospitals and at present works mainly at Barnsley District General Hospital.I am Lead Clinician for Stroke Services in Barnsley and last year the stroke services which I lead in Barnsley has been recognised by Care Quality Commission as amongst the best stroke services in England, 1st in Yorkshire and Humber Hospitals and 3rd best in England.

As a specialist I am happy to see patients with stroke and Parkinson's disease as well as patients with general medical conditions and older patients with specific problems related to old age, for example falls, confusion, dementia etc.You will receive an exemplary and prompt consultation with very helpful and friendly staff running the consulting rooms who will also assist you with your needs and general advice. After the consultation if you require any further investigations or xray imaging this will be performed by staff with high professional experience and personal touch. We kept the consultation fees to the minimum which could be affordable for those patients who do not have private health insurance.

He graduated from Cairo University in 1982 and continued his postgraduate training and education in the UK.

Mr Farag is an expert in different types of *laparoscopic (keyhole) hysterectomy and his specialist interests include female urinary incontinence, female prolapse, outpatient treatment of menstrual disorders and the management of uterine fibroids.

I am an accomplished diabetologist & endocrinologist, highly trained and highly qualified by going through an intensive training program in the UK. I gained experience in the field of Diabetes & Endocrinology for over 8 years with my initial specialist training program in South Yorkshire including Sheffield Teaching Hospital.

For the last five years I have worked as a Consultant in The Robert Hague Centre for Diabetes (& Endocrinology) based at Barnsley Hospital.

I have a formal role as Clinical Lead in Acute Medicine & Ambulatory Care and informal involvement with developing Barnsley Integrated Diabetes Service - A partnership between Barnsley Hospital, Barnsley Healthcare Federation, and GP practices providing diabetes care closer to home.
