I have worked for nearly 20 years in the National Health Service including last more than 7 years as a consultant. I have vast experience and expertise in diagnosing and managing wide variety of conditions affecting the heart including chest pain, palpitations shortness of breath and dizziness as well as managing patients with adverse cardiac risk profile such as those with high cholesterol, high blood pressure and positive family history.

I am an accomplished diabetologist & endocrinologist, highly trained and highly qualified by going through an intensive training program in the UK. I gained experience in the field of Diabetes & Endocrinology for over 8 years with my initial specialist training program in South Yorkshire including Sheffield Teaching Hospital.

For the last five years I have worked as a Consultant in The Robert Hague Centre for Diabetes (& Endocrinology) based at Barnsley Hospital.

I have a formal role as Clinical Lead in Acute Medicine & Ambulatory Care and informal involvement with developing Barnsley Integrated Diabetes Service - A partnership between Barnsley Hospital, Barnsley Healthcare Federation, and GP practices providing diabetes care closer to home.
